After posting my previous guesses I read all the other responses. I think there is an issue between chip 2 and 6. I can't see the detail well enough in 2. I would like to add this.

Both cheracters, I, J(?) I think might be the same. A subtle difference could be important. I notice that in 6, the top of the letter is broken from the rest. That would indicate a J to me. However, 2, which is where I can't tell from the picture, may be continuous. If that is the case it might be an I. If 2 is broken on the top as well, like 6 then my guess stands with a J.
