WHY NOT ???????

If someone is a club member in good standing and wishes to purchase graded chips, why shouldn't he be allowed to go to a club sponsered show and buy them? Or why shouldn't he be allowed to purchase them from other members in good standing from the club magazine? Or shouldn't a member in good standing be allowed to sell a graded chip, the same as someone has a right to sell his ungraded chip? He pays the same dues and has the same rights as long as he is a member in good standing.
