3. It is apparent that votes casted on line serve no (construtive) purpose.
4. While funds may not be needed, I can not see how they would hurt if offered.
5. I was trying to get this thing off the nickel, so to speak. My point was talk is cheap, action, backed by $$$ usually gets something done.
