How about I let you pen the words for the proposed vote? You may post the proposed wording either on the board or the club board. I see nothing wrong with asking the members the same five questions in the same format as what the board voted on as posted on the club's BBS.

And why does it have to be your way or the highway? Why can you not live with what the majority of club members vote on if I can, even if the vote goes against either you or me?

I think that you still have the right to campaign for another vote in a year's time, and I am even willing to lend my funds for another vote in a year's time regardless of how the vote comes out.

See, I got you coming and going. I am willing to live with the results either way, and pay for that right. You however, are only willing to pay for having it your own way.
