You are correct. I posted my post because I started to see some mention of trying to ID this person based on the IP numbers. While It can be done as I showed by using date and time as well I hope people do not start assuming just because an IP number is similar or the same that they could be this person. There is the fact that he has appearently even been using other peoples names to disguise himself. Therefore just by looking for familiar names can be tricky too. As I pointed out, the best solution might be, if someone stumbles along one of his posts, post 1 tag note indicating. If people do not want to give him a forum than everyone else may be able to ignore him.
