Hi William,

Given that the person who owns a lot up for auction at our convention is allowed to place one bid on their own lot to prevent it from selling at a price so low that they'd take a significant financial bath, your proposal wouldn't be affective. The slabber would still have to pay both the seller's and winning bidder's commissions. The CC & GTCC would directly profit from that sale. I don't think we as a group want to be in that position.
