I agree with your view. If we cry long enough, loudly enough, and to enough people, the Hard Rock just might decide they don't want to put up with the tears.

It's one thing to be disappointed not to get one of the chips. It's quite another to maintain that one has a right to the chip, even though one didn't fulfill the requirements to obtain the chip.

I must admit, though, that I would like to see those who preregistered but couldn't get to the convention be able to obtain a chip if they choose.
