Jim FWIW I completely agree with your approach.

Bulletin boards (not just this one) have a tendency to rush to judgment, and that's not what your position as Claims Director is about. We're sometimes too quick to condemn before knowing all the facts when we are sitting comfortably behind our keyboards, but there are at least two sides to every story - sometimes more!

Your investigations and reports when I was on the Club Board were always thorough and well thought out. The entire hobby ultimately benefits from a careful consideration of all the facts.
