I have gathered a lot of information about this problem already, but from what I have so far, I believe there are other collectors with whom I have not had contact that know something about these chips.

I would also appreciate it if, while I am conducting this inquiry, everyone refrain from posting on the BB's about the matter. When I have finished my investigation, I will submit a written report to the club's board of directors and they will decide what action, if any, should be taken.
