In researching the Sundown Club in San Francisco I found a newspaper reference to the place having been put back on-limits by the Armed Forces Disciplinary Board in April, 1955. Apparently it had been put off-limits and the club had appealed. Anyone know if the military records from back then are still available that might tell the reason the place had been put off-limits to begin with? Wonder if there is someplace I could write?
