Gene, the "fairly simple" concept says...

Andy has put forth an "OR" statement, as such either part can be true to enforce the conclusion. I contend that Andy's "fairly simple" concept categorizes the Pai Gow quarter as an obsolete, because I sure can't buy one there.

Thank you for supporting my position, i. e., that this is not simple.
