What you need to do is to find a partner. One will take care of downtown (all by foot with no problems). Then drive to the Strat and take care of the outlying (Palace Station, Orleans, HRH, Terribles, plus a host of others). A lot of driving but do-able.

The second person starts at Mandalay (or Circus-Circus) and works his way up the strip. If it is nice weather, it is a GREAT (long) walk.

Another option -
If you had a team, one could drive and then go a few casinos down to park. #2 could take care of that one casino and wait for you. Then drive you to the next one and go three casinos down and park again.

Crossing streets is tough, and the overhead crosswalks help, but it still slows things down.

I think it would be tough for one person.
