I didn't scan it, I don't have the chip, I used exsisting pictures and edited them not changing any contrast or settings. Don't you find you lose clarity and contrast by scanning at 200% then reducing for file sizing??. If I want to show something I scan it at 50% and post it exactly that way. If it isn't detail that I'm trying to show I'll scan at 20%. I find that when you play around with image editing software you end up distorting the image far from the original scan.
