Thanks for the welcome. First off not all baseball cards are slabbed, most are not. Im sure every collector has fun with what they collect, wether it be worth a lot or a little, why else would we collect if it wasn't fun. I am sure there are plenty of chippers that do not care about condition of chips, but i do not think all chippers are like that. I have spoken to many chippers that continue to upgrade their chips when they have the chance. As for the grading scale you showed, I have know idea what it means. I personaly am not comfortable with a coin grading system. That dose not mean there are others that are not. I personaly think that is way to many grades for chips. I do not think it has to be that definative. I am not for confusing the collector, I want the new collector to feel at ease and more comfortable purchasing chips. Thanks for Listening Ric Chandgie
