Unlike in the national elections where, at least in my opinion, the party policy is more important than the individual running, I believe each member should vote for the individual in the CC>CC elections.

Each person running is stating his policy belief and if you agree, then vote for him. Also, unlike the national elections, I don't believe anyone is voting against anyone. In other words, when it comes down to the bottom line, there is no hatred between individuals in this club as there are in the national politics.

The big problem that I think many of us might have is that we like every individual running for all the offices. I have already committed myself to a candidate, but fear that by mentioning his name, my other friends may feel that I am showing favoritism--which I probably am--but it is not meant to be one of disfavor. I guess I'm not doing a very good job of trying to explain myself, but let it be said that if my vote is not for the winner, my full hearty support will still be there for whomever wins as we sure do have a great slate of nominees.
