Thanks for the advice, Peter, but ...

... I see no need to hide behind a false identity. I have had several exchanges of email with eBay over this issue and am satisfied that I am not breaking their rules. I provide information with no suggestion as to what the bidder should do with it. By their own definition, this is not auction interference, so therefore not a suspendable offense.

They are on clear notice that if they do take action against me, I will do two things:

1) Sue their asses.

2) File complaints with the attorneys general of every state in the country.

And I will, too. It will be a cold day in hell when advising someone that they are being defrauded, deceived or otherwise ripped off will -- in my opinion -- constitute grounds for taking adverse action.

On this subject, I am somewhat <g> militant. ----- jim o\-S
