Bonanza Inn current selling as obsolete

It was my belief Bill Judge was one of us. He had the Bonanza Inn $1 listed last week for $9.99 openers, implying it was obsolete ("the casino closed in 1980"). I emailed him with information this was a live current chip at Bonanza Casino. He did not update the auction, but after it closed with no bids he thanked me for the information. He then relisted it with exactly the same ad, and has a bid. Is this deceptive, or am I just too sensitive?
