Better picture of chip; it's not plain mold

Rich, Here is a clearer scan of the chip. Going by the definition of a crest and seal that most of us (you too, I guess) use, a C&S must have a plain mold (mold #1 in Herz Nevada book, p. 18). This Delta Club chip seems to be Herz' mold # 14, p. 19): Large and Small circles. Anyway, the thing that throws me is that the inlay is not flush with the clay. There seems to be an embossed circle between the machined inlay and the yellow clay. Anyway, enjoy the picture. [This internet is sure fun -- getting pictures and text out so fast.]
