TCR labels the mold SmCirc. The clear covering over the inlay has a surface like a record. I dismissed this chip as neither a crest and seal nor a litho inlay. I gave a pink one away thinking it a run of the mill illegal. I can't find Robert's post where he defines a crest and seal, but I think under that definition, this may qualify. I also think that by expanding the definition (at least what I understood to be the definition) of a crest and seal, we are put on a slippery slope. What do you think?
