Dick,

I can download and view on line, but when saved as a .pdf file I get the following when I open it:

There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document.[9]

This file contains info not understood by the viewer. Supress further errors? Yes No

I tried both the "Yes" and "No" with the same results. Each time I would go to a new page I would receive the above messages and the pages would be blank. When I get a chance I will try downloading and saving it from Internet Explorer and see if the results are any different.
