I think Howdy Herz' pictures from his Gaming Archaeology Auction catalog 31 will help with your H&C question, Jerry. See the pic below. the differences between the #41 and #80 molds are the reflectivity or 'shinyness' of the Christy and Jones made mold.

Concentric circles on a coin inlay mean you will see circles 'brushed' into the coin inlay if you let the light hit it right. Probably from polishing or machining of the dies used to make the 'coin'.

Overstamp usually means a design hotstamped over an existing design on a chip. Can be used to cancel a chip, revalue it, or remark it for some different use.
