From a legal point of view, there is a huge difference between stating lying and lying by omission. Nevertheless, as I have said in other posts on this subject, I think there was an ethical obligation here which Dean failed to live up to. ----- jim o\-S

Here in NY our Court Of Appeals decided a case where they found a home seller's failure to mention that the house was haunted was a misrepresentation that allowed the Purchasers to rescind the contract. I'll dig up the citation for you.
