you all know how I love the hotstamped illegals. I've never been turned off by were, cigerette burns or nicks. To me this just ads charactor and history to the chip. Just think of the day when we can run DNA tests on a chip and learn what famous or infamous people handled it. A rating system is not needed in this hobby.
