That's why LIVE auctions, as the club's convention auction is, are the best! I've been 'sniped' a few times on ebay and how about those "insane" five minute rules that were all the rage a few years ago.......I don't know which is worse, probably the five minute rule as you asked the high bid and went a buck over!!
At least the 'sniper' has to outbid your hidden proxy on ebay to beat 'ya!
