Before anyone gets the wrong idea as to "Kelly,"
Kelly so happens to be a type of Irish cheese made
by the family of the same name who migrated to
Virginia from County Cork, in the mid-1600s. The
cheese, similar to another soft chees made by the
Fitzgerald family (John Fitzgerald Kennedy lineage)
of which were originally from Italy; moving to
Ireland and Anglocised their name to conform.
Have you had any Kelly lately, Bob?
