I have already heard complaints from people about singing up on the internet, waiting all day in line, etc. I would like to make a suggestion as to how to solve some of these problems. Why not let all interested parties sign up ahead of time via internet or mail or in person at the convention and then have a random drawing the night of the tournament. This would eliminate all of the wasted time and give everyone a fair chance to participate. Anyone who signed up and did not show up would be eliminated and another name drawn.
