I don't know if I stated differently, but that is what I understood you to mean. My major complaint is when I receive a used padded envelope with a $0.55 stamp on it after having paid several dollars postage. BTW a used stamp with $0.44 stamp is the way a single, "cheap" chip should be mailed. Just charge accordingly.
