Postage for one chip in a padded envelope...

... is 44 cents --- 33 cents first class + 11 cents for the oversized (thickness) envelope. Oddly enough, the post office does not currently issue 11 cent stamps, even though this is a standard postal charge. You have to use a 33 cent, a 10 cent and a one cent stamp -- or two 22 centers (post card rate). Padded envelopes can be bought in bulk for about 15 cents each.

Postage charges of $1.50 or more are simply not justified. Now THAT's something I will boycott!! ----- jim o\-S
