They allowed the employees to "special order" as many $1's and $25's as they wanted. We will probably never get an accurate count on either the 1998 motorcycle rally chips or the 1998 anniversary sets. Last year they made 100 of the 1/5/25 sets and sold them all on the first day of issue. This year, 4 weeks after the issue of the motorcycle sets, they are still sitting on 18 sets. So much for casinos charging over face!
