Although I do not know how to play Pan, it is spread at Oceans Eleven in Oceanside, Ca. which is where I frequent many days a weeks. It is mostly played by the elderly (I'm over 60 and just a child in their eyes.) I think you would be better off playing hold'em or Omaha, which has become very popular on the Left Coast.
