Sorry, Neal. I didn't see the message. One of the problems in a long thread is that time passes and one forgets to go back to see if there is new material. In any event, I think those of [I'm one of the legal types] should arrange to meet in Vegas at some point and talk over what we might do. If Michael Knapp and Jim Reilly are interested and we can talk that Connecticut non psychiatrist Ginsburg, fatter, older and uglier than he may be in comparison with the crazzy Ginsburg in Florida, we might come up with something. I don't know a thing about Colorado consumer laws, but will try to learn something. I suspect there wont be much in the way of protection in that regard and that rights will be determined by the Gaming laws and regulations. It's a shame that I. Nelson Rose at Whittier Law School won't go on line; he has a considerable knowledge of state and federal gaming laws.
