Jim, If you are suspended from eBay, will the bar association have also file a formal complaint against your license to practice law?<g> What a hollow threat! I have sent eBay a letter telling them that I contacted bidders telling them about the nature of items they have bid upon & the fact they they are frauds or misrepresentations. I have yet to get an answer. If any action is taken against me for this practice, I will be in touch with my attorney, some guy in Connecticut by the name of Bob Ginsburg, who will file an action. If we get enough people barred, we may have a class action suit. I also sent a brief letter the the folks who run the Lodge with a cc: to the Colorado gaming officials. I may be barred from gambling in Colorado as well. It ain't no big deal! I've been escorted out of classier operations in the past.
