Paul, It could be interesting to organize a group of "small" investors in such a venture. What opened my eyes the most about the sale of these three properties is properties is the suggested minimums on two, and the required minimum on the other.

I don't know how often a casino goes on the auction block without a minimum bid, but I don't believe it is a common practice, and the suggested minimums look like real bargains to me.

Colorado Casino law requires all principle owners go thru every check available. I've held a liquor license, and was waiting for the staff Proctoligist to call me to get that one.

A Key license holder MUST be present on the property during every open second of business hours. The Casino MUST be able to pay off, IN CASH, the largest jackpot available from any game at any time. (That's what closed The Wild West, Gaming asked them to show them the money, and they couldn't)
