I know you, Jim. would never take any rouloette chips. But for those out there who have been worrying about the roulette police let me give you a place to practice at. Go to Ballys Tunica, MS. There they count the chips in the house stacks BEFORE they let you cash out. Apparently they do not want anyone to accidentially remove those no value chips from the casino. I am sure that they are just looking after their customers best interests.
