In a 2006 thread, they think it was a drive in restaurant.
I took a look through 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s phone books but couldn't find any listings. I may have been looking too early, since one penny was dated 1972 and yours is 1992. (I had a notation on my database "c.1935 based on encased cent"...of course I can't find a picture of the front of our cent, and don't know exactly where the keychain is)
However, Zeke's, Elko is listed in The Gaming Table....but no street address or dates.
