This is why I would never join the club, the sheer pettiness of it all.

I would certainly be happy if multiples of people copied all the images to spread the word about the hobby, I mean why not, isn't it a non-profit?
If there was a certified vote, and the majority voted yes for image sharing, would you allow it?

Why do you feel threatened by all of this copyright nonsense, the majority are casino chip images, I just don't get the hangup?

One other additional question, from a legal perspective, all this legal jargon, If the club gets counter sued, or sued and loses, who pays?
Does the club have excess insurance to pay a large settlement, like Lloyds of London or another carrier, or would the existing members need to cough up an assessment?
