It is odd that the only known chips are 12 1/2 cents and $20. 12 1/2 cents could be used for a blackjack payout and $20 is typically used for Baccarat. Since there are no other known denominations for Ernie and Howards, and the chips are in excellent condition, I would guess that these chips were made as manufacturer's samples for salesman to show prospective customers. But that is only a guess using the information available, which includes no information from a Google search, other than the UFC listing on the ChipGuide.
