I did some additional digging specifically into the Reno connection. I checked online-indexed Reno newspapers, business directories, telephone-book material, and casino-history references, but I couldn’t find an independent listing for “Ernie and Harold’s,” “Ernie & Harold’s,” or similar spellings.

Reno reference material documents many small clubs and casinos, but none by this name. That makes me wonder whether the Reno attribution came from older collector information rather than a confirmed contemporary record.

It may have been a very small private club, bar, or social gambling operation that never appeared in the major directories, or the location may have been misattributed. I haven’t found anything that definitively confirms or disproves Reno yet, but so far there’s no independent documentation supporting the listing.
