Greetings, these are the 3 chips I need to identify, and if not, I'd like to submit them to the ChipGuide. If no one can identify them, do I need to submit them from the submittal page, or can they be taken from this post?
The seller said they were from Oberhausen, Germany, but I can't find a reference to them.
