I was recently alerted by a club member about a chip guide using content from the ChipGuide on another website. I was provided with screen shots and was able to confirm that the content was from the ChipGuide. I then alerted those responsible in the CCA and they are investigating about how to handle the situation.

There are a lot of things that I want to say. There a lot of things that I have been advised not to say. However, I will not rest until the all the contributions to the ChipGuide by thousands of generous donors and all the work done by ChipGuide Administrators is protected. Permission was not given to anyone to copy the ChipGuide. ChipGuide content was taken and used in violation of the CCA's Code of Ethics. Legal responses are being researched, copyright laws are vague and vary by location. But I am confident that things will be set right, please just give us the time to do it correctly.

Many have asked me "What can I do to help?". For now, there isn't much that I or you can do. We have to wait until the CCA team finishes their investigation and research. We take this matter extremely seriously and it will be handled. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
