The 8-pack you are showing is of paper cards, not plastic. I understand what you are saying about the back design; however, this back design (shown by me and detailed here), and Angel's rock-solid manufacturing process is not an issue. I have Angel paper playing cards with this same back design that are/were used at the Bellagio without issue.

As for "pre-shuffled" cards making you nervous, why is that? I know there was a very isolated incident, but that lone situation has caused a dramatic prevention of repeat situations.
