That's an interesting deck and does not look cancelled by the casino.. The web site indicates preshuffled cards , (which make me nervous), and other playing cards but not a lot of other info. I also don't like the edges of the cards you have pictured as you can tell differences in the corners, which already has been used to beat the game in certain casinos...
