Tokens by Bill Borland's World Wide Casino Exchange, a Division of Star Time, Inc.

While I was looking for some casino menus (trying to keep up with Pam G, which is impossible), I came across this copy of Bill Borland's Blue Book. I got this copy many years ago from the Estate of James Reynolds, CCA Charter Member 0005, when I was living in Tucson, AZ, where Mr. Reynolds lived for a time and passed away.

This publication, copyrighted the same year as the formation of the CCA (1988), is a remarkable testament to the work that Bill Borland and Starr Warwick put into creating this publication! It is interesting to note that the CCA's name and that of the book are rather similar, and it is very interesting to see the commonality of the Blue Book and The Chip Rack.

This version of the Blue Book is a First Edition, and while having seen a few of these books, I am only familiar with First Editions. Is anyone familiar with a 2nd Edition?
