Case in point, sets of China.

My wife and I were given, or have inherited, FIVE sets of China.

Most of it was very expensive.

Our kids (both in their mid-20s) have ZERO interest in these sets.

We ended up keeping our favorite set, even though we will probably never use it, and donated the other 4 sets to Goodwill.

Why saddle our kids with all this crap they don’t want after we are dead?

Same goes with collectibles..
