After the Casino Royale Card Room closed in 1982, Crazy Eddie's Poker Palace moved into that address.

Below is an advertisement from October 1982, from the San Diego Union Tribune.

It was only open briefly, and no chips have been identified for the card room, so there is no ChipGuide listing.
