Yes, blue is the other color. These are lightweight plastic chips (you can see the injection circle on them). They were made as a gift shop set. I saw a set (didn't buy it) with 25 of each color in a box at the Las Vegas Hilton gift shop. Probably 20-25 years ago +/-.
