Slabbers of questionable reliability have been around a long time - it's why Ebay will only allow sellers to advertise grades assigned by the more reputable established companies (although there is a hierarchy even among them). (sellers can still sell slabbed items; they just can't lend credence to the assigned grades)
The certification of a company that you can't even track down is as good as the car warranty from a company that went bankrupt 5 years ago.
