Holland/the Netherlands is one of the countries where national postal services don't accept packages for the USA.
Mine was refused so I switched to UPS.
Keeping my fingers crossed that this will work, should arrive in the USA any day now.
@John: if it's a small package he can send it to me in the Netherlands.
I'll be traveling to the States beginning of October to G2E in LV.
