Within the last week, I bid on several items from the same seller. When I bid on the first (or maybe 2nd) one, a NEW eBay screen came up asking to verify how I was planning to pay for the item (eBay has my credit card # and also PayPal account), so I chose one.

THEN it asked something like " do you want to pay for each item when won (for fastest shipping option) or delay payment for up to 1 week and combine all items won from same bidder for combined shipping?" You could click either option, and I chose "combine".)

Well, I just won one of the several items anyway, so I went ahead and checked out immediately. But that was the first time I had seen that come up.

ALSO, when paying for multiple items from same seller, I have put them in my "Shopping Cart" first, and combined payment there. And I think it combines shipment as part of the Shopping Cart check-out process. It's been a while, so I'm not totally sure of that.

Anyway, that's my recent experience from eBay re: combined shipping.
