Just to jump in on this subject:

1. This is very expensive, very - we find it hard to raise money now
2. This is not practical - we would need a list of everyone that is a member and would still be a member by the election before the magazine is sent
3. As usual we have very few members who step up to help and so this would fall on us again!
4. Really we ask the membership to do one simple thing and only 100 vote
5. We can not change the process during an election year
